5 Detox Water Recipes to try RIGHT NOW

Wanna try detox water but don't know where to start? These recipes are a great starting point for everyone.

I'm using the word 'recipe' loosely here because there are no measurements involved. Consider this a shopping list or a guide of sorts. These are the detox water combos that I tend to put together based on what I think will taste good on any given day.

The fun thing about detox water is the endless possibilities! You can put as much or as little fruit as you desire based on your pallet and time allowance. If you don't drink water because you don't like the taste, then some of these recipes may be great for you.

  1. Rosemary & Grapefruit (Slice your grapefruit thinly to prevent a bitter taste)

  2. Cucumber, Lime, Mint & Basil

  3. Strawberry, Lime

  4. Lemon, Ginger (Add lavender when in season if you're feeling boujie)

  5. Citrus Medley (Lemon, Lime, Orange, Grapefruit)

Remember, there are no specific measurements that you need to follow in order to make these. My best advice would be to make your detox water right before bed and store it in the fridge that way it's ready for you to consume during the day.

If you're on the go, this bottle is great to have so your detox water can still be a part of your days. What's great is you can refill the water as needed and the fruit can stay in the little infusion rod which prevents little pieces getting stuck in your straw or even sneaking down your throat and potentially causing choking.

Be sure to always store your detox water in the fridge unless it'll be consumed within the first 24 hours of being made.
